Firstly, I'm not certain whether or not Ford were still using lead-free solder when they built your IC, but this is a common source of electrical problems with ICs built up to at least around 2011 (it ends up cracking resulting in poor connections), a problem well known to some of us on this forum.
2.2L. 4 CYL. AWD. AUTOMATIC. 170,000 MILES. Uninstalled the instrument cluster to adjust where the female connector for the speedometer. I reinstalled and car will not start.
