I have also had a problem with our 08 Fiat 500 rear washer. I could hear the pump but no water out of the jet. I thought it was blocked with road dirt but on further inspection I found a loose pipe under the plastic cover at the bottom of the windscreen. If you have this problem it is an easy fix. Take off the black caps off the wiper nuts
